1. Customer Success Operations Manager at Puppet
I’m looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and support the day-to-day operations of our Professional Services business and our overall Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling consulting and training engagements, reviewing Statement of Works (“SOWs”) and acting as the primary point of contact for our customers during the scheduling process.
You will mainly support our Customer Success teams based in the United States however, you will be part of our global Customer Success Operations team and assist our teams in Australia, Singapore and Europe at times which will require working flexible hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm PST time.
RevOps at Puppet consists of several teams whose collective goal is to drive business growth through operational efficiency and cross-functional insights for our Go-To-Market teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success). In addition to supporting day-to day Customer Success operations, you will work closely with other RevOps team members and across the organization to streamline and enhance our Go-To-Market processes.

As a software trainer, you will work one-on-one with professionals, teaching them a series of best practices for Microsoft Outlook and OneNote that significantly increases their organization and productivity. Through a series of online meetings, you will instruct participants how to better manage their email, tasks, calendar, and notes, and monitor their progress to ensure they have correctly implemented our proprietary techniques.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Operations within a fast-paced technology company, ideally in the managed WordPress hosting space. The person needs to demonstrate a sense of urgency and passion in their work. Superior organization skills, technical abilities, strong multitasking skills, and an ability to think outside of the box are critical. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Zapier is a huge plus.
8. Practice Management Document Specialist at Power Diary
Are you from a practice management background and looking for something new?
We’re seeking someone from this space to create business-ready content that practice managers can put into use immediately. We’re thinking templates, forms, procedures, letters, policies and more to build up a library of practice management tools.
This would be a contract role with flexible hours – something that could be done on top of an existing role. We work remotely and communicate via online tools and video calls – so you could be located anywhere.
