Red Butler Jobs

Red Butler Jobs are available to individuals who can put their skills to use as a virtual executive assistant. Since 2005, Red Butler has been helping individuals and businesses grow through use of their virtual assistants.

The idea is simple: There’s a lot of things you need to do in a day. Do the things only you can do, and let Red Butler do the rest.

If you’ve got a get-it-done mindset, you just might be a good fit for one of the work from home Red Butler jobs.

Do you have a get-it-done mindset? You'd probably make a great Red Butler Virtual Executive Assistant. Learn all about the job and how you can work from home helping others get more done.Red Butler Jobs Overview

Red Butler has been in a state of growth ever since they began ten years ago. In keeping up with the times, they are not afraid to change their service model to meet the needs of their clients.

As they continue to grow and expand their services, there will be Red Butler jobs available for all sorts of work from home professionals.

Who is Red Butler?

Since 2005, our clients have inspired Red Butler to continuously evolve our service model. Today we offer an industry-leading combination of professional admin support, travel, perks and service delivery technology.

Clients can request help on just about everything. To demonstrate this and the value you can get from their service, Red Butler provides a list of the Top 10 Requests.

Included in this list:

  1. Travel (rental cars, hotel bookings, flight arrangements)
  2. Research (service comparisons, industry trends)
  3. Scheduling (calendar coordinator, appointment scheduling, meeting confirmations)
  4. Documents (proofreading, converting documents)
  5. Contacts (callings sales leads, contact management)
  6. Organization (files, email filters, calendaring syncing)
  7. Marketing (SEO, social media, networking)
  8. Savings (comparison shop, bill management, refund requests)
  9. Lifestyle (itinerary suggestions, personalized recommendations)
  10. Entertainment (find event tickets, party or event management)

It is helpful to look at a Top 10 Requests list like this. Seeing what clients request gives a pretty good idea of what the Red Butler jobs will consist of. It’s safe to say, if these are the things clients ask for the most, you will likely be working on these things the majority of the time while working as a Red Butler Virtual Assistant.

How does Red Butler work?

Clients are given one dedicated in-office account manager (not to be confused with a Virtual Assistant). They are the point of contact when it comes to any questions or concerns, memberships, bills inquiries, etc. Clients have a set hour of work they can request each month based on their membership. As you can see by the list above, Red Butler can help clients with just about anything.

As a Red Butler Virtual Assistant, will I work with the same client?

This is where Red Butler jobs are a little different than other virtual assistant positions. Clients have access to all the virtual assistants at any given time. The idea is that clients often submit several requests at once. If they had a dedicated virtual assistant, these requests would take longer to complete, but since they have a pool of virtual assistants at the ready, these tasks can get done much quicker.

I’ve found virtual assistants tend to favor one way over the other when it comes to working with clients–if you prefer working one-on-one with clients (like Zirtual does) Red Butler jobs probably aren’t for you.

I’ve worked for Zirtual and Fancy Hands. Zirtual gives you dedicated clients while Fancy Hands crowdsources their clients’ requests. There definitely and pros and cons of both.

Does it matter whether or not I’m a dedicated Virtual Assistant?

Yes! When you have a dedicated client, you really get to know their likes, dislikes and can tailor your work to best suit their needs. In fact, you get pretty good at anticipating their needs. Plus, when it comes to things like travel arrangements and vacation itineraries, the better you know your client, the better you can make suggestions that agree with their preferences. The downside is you are limited to what you are able to accomplish in any given day. Some things will take longer to finish due to time constraints.

On a crowdsourced platform, you never know what you may encounter. Not only does this keep things interesting, but it really develops a sense of camaraderie between the virtual assistants because you often will build off of a task completed by your fellow VA. The downside is, and I experienced this many times while working for Fancy Hands, a client may really like the way a previous VA completed a task and, no matter how well you complete it too, they aren’t happy because it wasn’t the same way that the other VA did it.

If you’re thinking about applying for one of the Red Butler jobs available, I recommend seriously considering whether or not you prefer to be a dedicated VA. If you do, a VA service like Zirtual would be a better fit for you.

Not sure?  There are a number of Virtual Assistant Jobs available. You may try working at Fancy Hands for a while to see what it’s like to work on a crowdsourced platform.

What are clients saying about Red Butler?

I’ve always found client reviews to be helpful when evaluating a work from home opportunity. After all, if clients are generally happy and satisfied, you can bet that most of the workers are too!

A recent review of Red Butler provided a lot of insight into how the service works. Clients even chimed in to post their own experiences with Red Butler and  comment on what it’s like working with the various virtual assistants.

Overall, the reviews were favorable. Most clients are satisfied with the way tasks are done and the level of service they receive from their Virtual Assistants. Some of the negative reviews note that the tasks they submitted were not completed as specified. Others negative reviews suggested that Red Butler could only handle the most basic tasks.

However, the positive reviews far outweigh the negative ones. This is usually a good indication that Red Butler jobs produce happy Virtual Assistants and happy clients too.

What sets Red Butler apart from the other virtual assistant services?

To understand what Red Butler jobs are all about, it’s helpful to know what makes them different than other VA services out there. Red Butler offers two-tier support in that clients are given a dedicated, in-office representative and access to a pool of virtual assistants.

Clients are using Red Butler services for so many different tasks, from rewards card point management to marketing and travel arrangements, there really are a lot of different things you can expect to be working on with it comes to Red Butler jobs.

Another unique component of Red Butler is that clients are given a rewards card. This card entitles clients to a variety of different discounts at hotels, restaurants, and stores. Although this doesn’t change the nature of Red Butler jobs, it is a very well-liked perk of being a Red Butler client.

What Red Butler Jobs are available?

If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably pretty interested in knowing what Red Butler jobs are available. At any given time, Red Butler is looking to meet professionals who are interested in their ever-growing team of Executive Virtual Assistants.

In addition, Red Butler looks for individuals who are knowledgeable in certain areas who can provide direct support to clients.

For example, one company uses Red Butler exclusively for their travel arrangements. That means there may be Red Butler Jobs available for individuals with travel industry experience.

Another company uses Red Butler solely for legal support. So, if you have paralegal or legal secretary experience, you may be a good fit for Red Butler jobs that provide legal administrative assistance.
